AXTY People Wellbeing provides services that include HR Consultancy, Trainings and Events in the Mental Health and Wellbeing area, Employee Relations Consultation and Mental Health Advocacy. We serve corporate clients for our HR services, as well as individuals in providing self healing and wellness coaching and events. In addition to that, AXTY is also a verified brand on Amazon UK e-commerce platform, selling hand crafted products that are designed and produced by our founder herself.

AXTY is founded by a person of Neurodivergence (AuDHD) with Generalised Anxiety Disorder and Borderline Depression who has been on professional psychiatric treatment and medications and therapies over 3 years, and is still currently on her recovery and healing journey.

AXTY is founded on main purpose to help other individuals and the public in providing mental health support, and educating the public on the importance of seeking professional help, and normalising to speaking up about mental health, and building inner resilience to cope up and overcoming difficult times in life and mental health struggles.

Our main trainer and consultant is the AXTY founder herself, who is a qualified Human Resources practioner with over 11 years working in a multinational corporations, with regional HR experience, with Masters Degree in Human Resources Management and a Certified HR. She is a professional member of CIPD (UK) and SHRM (US). She also had been featured as a panelist in an International HR Exhibition in London in June 2025, advocating and discussing about Psychosocial Safety and Mental Health support at work.
